M&E Design, Estimating, and Contract Support Specialist | From Military Precision to Industry Leadership
"Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Poor Performance" — a military adage that guided me from the mountains of Afghanistan to the bustling metropolis of London. Though the environments differ, the keys to success remain constant: Plan, Act, Succeed.
During my time of 12 years at a large M&E contracting firm, I advanced through design, estimation, and contract roles, ultimately stepping into an Acting Managing Director position. I oversaw operations, negotiated contracts, and led teams to successful project completions.
Now, I’m channelling that depth of expertise into my own venture, created to provide M&E contractors with specialised design, estimating, and contract support.
